• INSTRUCTIONS:
1. HALVE THE AVOCADO AND REMOVE THE STONE.
2. MIX THE COOKED SHRIMP WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, FRESH PARSLEY DRESSING , SALT, AND PEPPER.
3. FILL THE AVOCADO HALVES WITH THE SHRIMP MIXTURE.
4. GARNISH WITH PINUT SEEDS AND A FRESH DILL SPRIG FOR THAT FINE DINING TOUCH
