Healthy Meal Plans: Week 37

There are so many good recipes for you to try this week! My family devours the Korean Ground Beef Bowls plus there is a lightened up pizza, delicious Roasted Vegetable Tostadas, Shrimp Scampi, and more.

Now on to this week’s meal plan! It starts out with Sweet Potato and Spinach Egg Muffins, Avocado Tuna Salad, and Slow Cooker Red Pepper Italian Chicken. Monday brings Shrimp Scampi with Zucchini Noodles and Tuesday is Korean Beef Bowls with Vegetables. Wednesday is Roasted Pork with Apples and Thursday is a One Pan Lemon Chicken and Asparagus. To end the week, meals include Roasted Vegetable Tostadas and Pepperoni, Pineapple, and Jalapeno Pizzas.
